accused Kiev in violation of the first part of the Minsk Agreement.
The self-proclaimed
DNR declare that they sent to Kiev suggestions about concerning the implementation
of the political part of the Minsk Agreement.
"We sent
them all proposals that relate to the second part (the political part) of the
Minsk agreements. The answer is no," - said the head of DNR Alexander
Zakharchenko.
