There are already eight NATO advisers located in Ukraine



NATO has sent to Ukraine various questions advisors.
This ibformation was obtained form the director of the NATO Liaison office in Ukraine - Marcin Kozhiel.
"NATO member countries have already sent an expert advisory group of various questions advisers and they are top level professionals. Their role in Ukraine - to help the government, the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces of Ukraine and other institutions of Ukrainian security sector reform Ukraine's defense sector on the basis of Euro-Atlantic standards," - said Kozhiel .
"Now in Ukraine is 8 advisers as NATO members appointed. They work with various issues, including defense policy, defense planning, cyber defense, logistics, command the armed forces, cooperation with the National Security Council, training of military and civilian employees of the Defense Ministry. They have already started to work in Ukraine ... The First Counselor arrived in Ukraine last year, "- added Kozhiel.
According to him, NATO has many features that advisors can use through seminars, visits, conferences, and through advisers.
"We need to constantly listen to the government of Ukraine, Ukrainian representatives of that they need help," - said Kozhiel. He also noted that most of the projects between Ukraine and NATO have long-term.

DNR sent to the Kiev "political" offers

Zaharchenko accused Kiev in violation of the first part of the Minsk Agreement.
The self-proclaimed DNR declare that they sent to Kiev suggestions about concerning the implementation of the political part of the Minsk Agreement.

"We sent them all proposals that relate to the second part (the political part) of the Minsk agreements. The answer is no," - said the head of DNR Alexander Zakharchenko.

The EU has noted the improvement of the situation in Donbas region

Mogerini pointed to the improvement of the situation in the east of Ukraine, but has no illusions about the complete ceasefire and peace.
The head of European diplomacy Federica Mogherini stated improvement of the situation in eastern Ukraine.
"The situation in the east of Ukraine today is better than a month ago. It is not good, we all know well, and we have no illusions about it, but it is better than it was on February 12," - said Mogerini.

"We need to push both sides to perform the Minsk Agreement. This is a heavy daily work, and we do it on the exact location. It is not easy, and we can not guarantee that it will be successful, but we are committed to this," - added Mogerini

Germany and Russia are going to increase OSCE mission in Ukraine

Russian and German foreign ministers (Sergei Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier) made a statement about increasing number of OSCE observers in Ukraine to 1000.
Sergei Lavrov said that after the phone talk with German minister at Friday 6th.
Both ministers called for a soonest implementation of Minsk agreement and de-escalation of the conflict at Donbass region.
Mister Steinmeier confirmed the information about increasing OSCE mission to 1000 members.
However OSCE expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that both sides impede the work of international observers.
